My friend, Cathy Goodwin, who does copywriting for the web and website makeovers, would agree with you 100%. I'm really glad you put "Too Much Stuff" on your list. Lots of people include way too many graphics, quotes, welcome signs, etc. that create major distractions and take away from the effectiveness of their site. Great post!
