		<description>Unfortunately the &#039;Contrary View&#039; technique can be counter-productive if used too much. Too often the comments sections degenerate into ill informed abuse, and there is more than one site I no longer bother visiting because they over use this technique.</description>

		<description>Good run down of the writing techniques, but remember - a really large part of the link bait puzzle is getting the content to the top of the social sites. You need a very good network of top users to do that (assuming you&#039;re not a top user yourself).</description>
